Registration path
Same order as elementary: Physical → Register My Athlete → Tryouts → NSID (if used) → Program fee. Dollar amounts and tryout times are not posted on this Middle / High preview.
Step 1Get a physical
All student-athletes in grades K–12 need a current sports physical and health insurance for tryouts, practices, and games.
- NIAA sports physical — good for one calendar year from the exam date.
- Upload it only to Register My Athlete — not to teachers, the office, or athletic directors.

Step 2Register My Athlete
Create or sign in to the parent account, e-sign, upload the physical, and pay the RMA / admin fee. That fee is not the program sports fee.
- In RMA, choose the Middle School grade bracket (6–8).
- Wrong bracket can show “transfer pending.”
- Parents are done when Electronic Documents, Final E-Signatures, Physical Documents, and School Fees show green COMPLETE.
Step 3Tryouts
Sign up only after the physical is uploaded and RMA is complete.

- Do not use the elementary tryout form or elementary building check-in as MS/HS instructions.
Step 4National Sports ID
Elementary and middle school students complete National Sports ID after they make a roster — not before tryouts.
- Birth certificate or passport, Infinite Campus screenshot, and a clear student photo.
- Look for a green STATUS on NSID.
- Keep it current for the school year.
Step 5Program fee
The program sports fee is separate from the RMA / admin fee and is only after the student makes a team.
- TODO: AthleticOS — post the MS/HS program fee, deposit, and due dates. Do not copy elementary $50 / $200 figures here.
- Pay path on the imported site is Infinite Campus or the front office — confirm for this level before publishing amounts.
