Registration path

All student-athletes in grades K–12 need a current sports physical and health insurance for tryouts, practices, and games.

• NIAA sports physical — good for one calendar year from the exam date.
• Upload it only to Register My Athlete — not to teachers, the office, or athletic directors.

Create or sign in to the parent account, e-sign, upload the physical, and pay the RMA / admin fee. That fee is not the program sports fee.

• In RMA, do not pick Elementary or Middle School — choose the sport name only (example: Varsity Boys Basketball).
• Wrong bracket can show “transfer pending.”
• Parents are done when Electronic Documents, Final E-Signatures, Physical Documents, and School Fees show green COMPLETE.
