Follow these in order. This page does not track what your family has finished.

  1. Step 1. NIAA sports physical

    NIAA sports physical first — good for one calendar year.

    Details
    • Get the NIAA sports physical first — it is good for one calendar year from the exam date.
    • Summer is best so one physical covers fall, winter, and spring.
    • A spring physical often expires mid-year and will not cover the next full school year.
    • Upload it only to Register My Athlete — not to teachers, the office, or athletic directors.
    • Athletes also need health insurance; gap insurance is available.
    • Walk-in options include CVS and Walgreens.

  2. Step 2. Register My Athlete

    Create the account, e-sign, upload the physical, pay the RMA fee.

    Details
    • Create or sign in to the parent account.
    • E-sign required documents, including the Bulls Commitment.
    • Upload the NIAA physical.
    • Pay the RMA / admin fee — this is not the program sports fee.
    • Choose the Elementary grade bracket or RMA may show “transfer pending.”
    • K–5 — ELEMENTARY (example: Elementary Girls Soccer 3-5). 6–8 — MIDDLE SCHOOL. 9–12 — sport name only.
    • Parents are done when Electronic Documents, Final E-Signatures, Physical Documents, and School Fees show green COMPLETE.
    • Overall Registration Status can stay red NOT COMPLETE until athletics marks Admin Mark Completes — that staff-only step is not a parent task.

  3. Step 3. Tryouts

    Sign up only after physical + RMA are done.

    Details
    • Sign up only after the physical is uploaded and RMA is complete.
    • Complete the tryout form, then check in at the elementary front desk.
    • Coach Pitch, T-Ball, and Cross Country do not hold tryouts — those are sign-up / placement sports.
    • Practices and tryouts are closed to spectators.

  4. Step 4. National Sports ID

    Create NSID after they make a team. Look for green Verified.

    Details
    • Create NSID after they make a roster — not before tryouts.
    • You will need a birth certificate or passport, an Infinite Campus screenshot, and a clear photo of the student’s face.
    • Look for a green STATUS on NSID.
    • Keep it current for the school year.
    • NCSAA also requires coaches to complete a soft background check.

  5. Step 5. Program sports fee

    $50 deposit first so a jersey can be ordered. Remainder by first game.

    Details
    • This is separate from the RMA / admin fee.
    • Pay the $50 commitment / deposit first so a jersey can be ordered (about one month).
    • Skipping the deposit may mean a rental jersey.
    • The remainder is due by the first game.
    • Pay through Infinite Campus or the front office.
    • The elementary program total is $200 per athlete per sport.
    • Outstanding balances can block a roster spot.
    • Financial assistance / a payment plan is available.
